Handmade Walnut Wood Bread Lame

A proper handle makes all the difference when scoring a loaf right before it goes in the oven. This one is shaped from solid walnut and holds a standard razor blade at a slight angle, for clean, confident cuts every time.

Walnut is dense, warm and comfortable. It feels completely different from plastic, and the weight sits well in the hand during scoring: steady, but not clumsy.

The blade is a standard replaceable razor, so when it dulls you just swap it out.
