Studio Policies
Everything is made to order or from small finished batches, so please read the timelines below. They're a bit different from a big warehouse shop.
Processing time
Since everything is made or packed by hand, orders usually ship within 2–5 business days. During busier periods (or if a tool needs a fresh batch made), it can take a little longer, I'll always email you if that's the case.
Where I ship
Currently I ship within the Netherlands and the rest of the European Union. If you're outside the EU and would still like to order, send a message through the contact page and I'll see what's possible.
Shipping costs
- Netherlands: flat rate, calculated at checkout
- Rest of the EU: flat rate, calculated at checkout
- Free shipping within the EU on orders over €50
Delivery time
Once shipped, expect 1–3 business days within the Netherlands and 3–7 business days for the rest of the EU, depending on the destination and carrier.
Tracking
You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves the workshop.
