Studio Policies
Handmade wood grain and shape vary slightly piece to piece. That's expected, not a defect. Beyond that, here's how returns work.
14-day return window
If a tool isn't right for you, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund. It should be unused and in the condition you received it in.
How to start a return
- Message me through the contact page with your order number
- I'll send you the return address and confirm the details
- Pack the item securely, wood pieces travel well, but please wrap them
Return shipping is at your own cost, unless the item arrived damaged or wasn't what you ordered.
Damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, tell me within 7 days of delivery with a photo if possible, and I'll sort out a replacement or refund, no need to send it back first.
Refunds
Once I've received and checked the returned item, I'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.
The Dutch Sourdough Starter
Because it's a food item, the dried starter culture can't be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons. If it arrives damaged, get in touch and I'll make it right.
